Very impressed with this razor. Over 15 years ago I bought a simple refillable razor and began shaving. I tried some Gillettes and the like but did not get on with the feel or the price!
So recently I decided to finally upgrade to a nicer version of what I use - no exaggeration, the best shave I've had! The weight and spacing give such a smooth, gentle shave! Very happy and if it lasts half as long as the old one it will be money well spent ????????????????Quality Price Value

Very please with the razor. A very good weight and nice grip. Gave me a very close shave first time and managed to avoid cutting myself as I found it easy to use. Kept it on setting "1" and found this to be a good starting place. Haven't tried the other setting yet. I found the price reasonable and lower than on other sites that sold this model. Quickly dispatched despite the CV 19 climate.

- Wonderfull safety-razor !
-
My first safety razor and directly a very good one. Shaves well, is easy to handle. I recently bought a shavette and cut me the first time on 15 places.
I have used this Futur yet 6 times and had 2 little nicks I washed away with cold water. It's a pleasure to shave with this razor. With my very sensitive skin I get to step 2. 1st pass with the grain, 2nd against and that does it. As smooth as a baby. I give a 4 for the price, because I find it a bit overprized.Quality Price Value
- Weighty moderately aggressive razor

A weighty adjustable razor. It is my second safety razor and I wouldn’t have liked it as my first; it is more aggressive than my 25c meaning I’ve nicked myself a few times. However, once used to it, it gives a close shave. As everyone says, do not adjust it with wet hands. I have the finger wound to prove it.

- A great razor for everyone. I will never go back to cartridge razors
-
I used a Gillette cartridge razors for over 10 years. I went through all the ranges and concluded that the top ranges (the lubricated ones like pro-shield) were the best ones so that my face was the least irritated and I had the closest shave. I decided to give a try to safety razors and bought this one because 1. I found very good reviews about it online, and 2. I wanted a quality product to have a good first impression. I have not been disappointed... I agree there is a small learning curve to get the best shave with a safety razor, but this one is a bit forgiving. I only had tiny cuts in my first 4-5 shaves (I have daily), and never again afterwards. I now have the closest shave I've had, and no irritation as compared to using the cartridge razors. I love the matt style and the weight of this razor which makes it sturdy. The size is also good enough for my hands. I will never look back and will never go back to cartridge razors. I love it!

Great product, affordable global shipping.
My first safety razor! I've been using Gillette cartridges all the while. This has sharper blade and requires less effort (due to the weight of the razor)Quality Price Value
- So so

Top quality razor with superior build quality but not sure if it’s wirth the price tag. Don’t it impossible to save under nose due to the size of razor head and have to finish of with a disposable. Over all it gives a good shave but then again it’s the blade at the end of the day does that

After thorough research on adjustable razors, I decided to buy this one and I think I made the right choice! Slick design, feels stable and massive in the hand.

After having used the Edwin Jagger DE89 for quite a few months (using many different makes of blades and still unsure what my preferred blade would be) I thought I’d make a step up and buy this! I have found, that for my skin type which can be quite sensitive at times, even setting 2 can be quite aggressive! However, thanks to the Futur, I have also found what my ideal blade would be (Derby extra). There is definitely truth in the saying “respect the metal”, it’s a heavy piece of kit and having learned the hard way, only a very light amount of pressure is needed (let the weight of the razor do the work). Also, personally for me, I think the higher settings would work better on a heavier beard growth and the lowest for an everyday shave! All in all, IMO it’s a very nice looking razor and I would definitely recommend as the different aggressiveness settings would suit many different types of people!

I bought this to shave my head, thinking the lower settings would allow me to learn a good technique. It's ok, great that you can adjust the blade but in my opinion a little top heavy. The coating on the top is not great either, a few dots where the coating hasn't taken. My Edwin Jagger Chatsworth is much nicer to use and better quality.

- Must have!!

I am in wett shaving about 5 years. And.. This is (my) BEST SAFETY RAZOR IMHO!!! I'll buy chrome and gold to. Step 4.5 - 5 is comparative with Mühle R41! Step 1 is bit more agressive like EJ98L!
