Details

This exquisite-looking Edwin Jagger Plaza Imitation Black Marble Synthetic Silver Tip Shaving Brush will bring a deep sense of beauty to your bathroom and your daily shave. Made entirely in Sheffield by the master craftsmen at Edwin Jagger, you can be sure you're buying a high-performance shaving brush from Europe's foremost manufacturer of luxury shaving equipment.

It's manufactured using a black marble polyester which perfectly emulates the lush swirls of natural marble. Primarily the colour is black with cream and grey veins, however as with any natural material there may be some colour density variance.

Synthetic silver tip fibre performs very well as an alternative to real badger hair. It is an ideal choice for vegetarians or vegans and the feel and quality of the lather and shave will be comparable.

A shaving brush is a vital part of your shaving routine. The combination of brush, hot water and shaving cream will produce a rich lather and soften and lift the beard in preparation for shaving.

Customer Reviews

Excellent brush- soft synthetic hairs - ideal for sensitive skin
I purchased this brush along with and Edwin Jagger Chatsworth Barley DE razor. I purchased a synthetic brush as I am opposed to using badger or other animal hair. In addition, as someone who has ultra sensitive skin I was advised that synthetic was a better solution.

I am new to shaving with a DE Safety Razor and the practice of using a brush and shaving cream. However, now that I have made the move I cannot envisage a scenario that would drag me back to mass produced over-the-counter shaving solutions. My prior shaving experience was exclusively limited to over the counter shaving gels and purchase of the latest razor claiming to be the best thing out since sliced bread!

The brush is very well made, the hairs are very soft (which is ideal for my skin) and it whips up the shaving cream without any difficulty. No adverse reaction to my skin and a very pleasurable experience.
