Details

Edwin Jagger is Europe's foremost manufacturer of luxury handmade shaving equipment. Edwin Jagger products are crafted and hand assembled in Sheffield England, a city known for its rich industrial history. The Edwin Jagger Chatsworth Imitation Ebony Shaving Brush (Super Badger) is a top-quality hand-filled shaving brush, part of the Edwin Jagger Premium Collection.

The brush is crafted using 100% super badger hair. This is finer, longer and, softer than best badger and because it is finer, more hair is required to fill a brush. Visually, the badger knot displays a distinctive darker band around the middle and is presented in a natural fan shape. Super badger brushes are very soft and are therefore ideal for those with sensitive skin.

The Edwin Jagger Chatsworth range is part of Edwin Jagger’s Premium Collection. The appearance is traditional, classic, and flawless. Matching razors are available in DE Safety RazorMach3, and Fusion.

Ensure the brush is cleaned thoroughly between use to prolong the lifespan of the product. After shaving, rinse the brush in hot water, flick away any excess, and hang the brush on a stand with the hair pointing down. If you do not have a stand, leave the brush pointing up rather than horizontal so that air can get to all the hairs and dry the brush naturally. This brush will fit the Edwin Jagger small range of shaving brush stands.

Avoid storing a wet brush for long periods. If your brush has a build-up of soap, soak it in a solution of borax or borax substitute. When correct care is taken a quality shaving brush should last for years to come and can even become an heirloom to pass down to the next generation.

The Edwin Jagger logo is clearly branded on the brush as a mark of authenticity, a finish that has come to be associated with pure class within the traditional shaving industry.

All Edwin Jagger products are finished off with a standard quality check and packed up securely in Edwin Jagger packaging, allowing for safe and secure delivery.
