Weighing approximately 45g, the Parker SRRW is a lightweight and easy-to-manoeuvre barber razor. Its 142mm overall length provides good reach and control during use, while the rosewood handle adds warmth and character to the traditional barber razor design.
The clip-type design allows the blade to be securely held in place while providing the user with the direct shaving experience associated with a traditional cut throat razor. As the SRRW uses replaceable blades, there is no need for stropping or honing, making it a convenient choice for those who want the feel and control of a traditional barber razor with the ease of modern blade replacement.
The razor features a stainless steel blade arm paired with a rosewood handle. The combination of durable stainless steel and natural wood creates a distinctive appearance, while the shaped handle provides a comfortable grip and good control during shaving.
The Parker SRRW uses half of a standard double edge razor blade or a compatible pre-cut barber blade. Standard DE blades can be snapped in half before fitting, while pre-cut barber blades can be used without modification. Please note that this razor is not compatible with Artist Club style blades.
The replaceable blade system makes the SRRW easy to maintain, as a fresh blade can be fitted whenever required. This makes it suitable for both experienced wet shavers familiar with cut throat style shaving and those looking to try a traditional barber razor without the maintenance associated with a conventional straight razor.
