The Floris Elite range is named after ‘lotion Elite – a Floris’ aftershave cream, which first featured in the Floris catalogue in 1851.
This balm pairs well with the Floris Elite Wooden Shaving Soap Bowl & Soap 100g, offering a pleasing shave from start to finish. Floris are renowned for being Ian Fleming’s favoured creators of fragrances and toiletries. As such, they receive notable mentions in several James Bond books.
Floris Elite Aftershave Balm is designed to be applied to skin when it is at its most vulnerable, right after shaving. The balm is designed to rehydrate skin, preventing dryness or irritation.
The balm is enriched with extracts of willow, hops, and oat, alongside a premium blend of blackcurrant and rapeseed oils. All these ingredients work to retain the skin’s natural moisture. Added extracts of aloe vera and menthol offer a pleasant cooling effect. The scent is a classic fragrance, made up of bergamot, cedar leaf, grapefruit, juniper, berry, lemon, and petitgrain. Heart notes include bay, fir balsam and lavender, and base notes include amber, cedarwood, leather, moss, musk, patchouli, and vetiver.
For best results, apply a small quantity to skin immediately after shaving and massage in with fingertips. A little goes a long way so the bottle will last a lengthy amount of time.
