If you do need to return goods to us we recommend that you obtain a "Certificate of Posting" available free from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.
If you intend to return any item to us please contact us by email or telephone (using the details above) before returning the item(s)
Our reputation for finest quality products and service is paramount and we delight in individual customer service. If however having received your purchases you are dissatisfied, you may of course exchange or return your purchases to us for a full refund.
All returns must be unmarked, unused, in original packaging and in perfect resalable condition.
For hygiene safety reasons we are unable to offer a return & refund service for grooming software products such as shaving cream, shaving soap, skincare products, deodorants and fragrances.
Unless faulty, items must be returned at the customer's expense. In the unlikely event of your having to return a faulty item to please retain all the packaging material, including the outer carton, until you have contacted us. In this event The English Shaving Company we will refund postage or offer complimentary items to the value of you return postage.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason you may do so within 7 days of order or receipt of goods. If however, by the time you cancel your order, the items have already been dispatched, we will refund the purchase value of the goods, minus postage and providing we are in receipt of the returned goods in a resalable condition, within 30 days of cancellation, If you cancel your order before goods have been dispatched we will refund the order value and postage charge in full.
In the event of a refund being agreed with a customer, for whatever reason, The Company reserves the right to make a small administration fee.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
