The Barefoot & Beautiful Gin & Tonic Soap Bar is an eco-friendly, vegan soap bar that arrives in a simple cardboard box which is, of course, 100% recyclable.
Barefoot & Beautiful is a subsidiary of Bath House, and like Bath House all their products are made in England. The company put a great emphasis on natural ingredients and sustainability and are against animal testing - you can be sure you're buying from an ethical brand with Barefoot & Beautiful.
This triple-milled vegetable-based soap carries the fruity and crisp fragrance of juniper berries - the core ingredient of gin - and lemon - a popular garnish for gin and tonic. You can remind yourself of a warm summer afternoon drinking G&T in the garden everytime you use this!
Used as a hand soap or on the whole body in the bath or shower, it's enriched with natural ingredients that clean and moisturise your skin:
- Lemon Peel Oil - this essential oil enhances the clarity and glow of the epidermis, as well as smoothing and softening. The citric and plant acids help to brighten the skin and stimulate new growth.
- Shea Butter - powerfully emollient to seal in moisture to the skin.
- Vitamin E - potent antioxidant that helps to nourish and protect from the damage free radicals can do.
- Sunflower Seed Oil - rich in antioxidants, this oil unclogs pores and reduces signs of ageing.
Free from parabens, sodium lauryl sulphate (which often dries the skin), glycols, silicones and colourings, this soap is made from 98% natural ingredients and all are eco-certified and sustainable, even the palm oil.
