return goods to us we recommend that you obtain a “Certificate
of Posting” free from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility
for returned goods lost in transit. Our reputation for finest quality products and service is paramount and we delight in individual customer service. If however having received your purchases you are dissatisfied, you may of course exchange or return them to us for a full refund. All returns must be unused, in original packaging and in perfect resalable condition. We are unable to offer this service for grooming software products, for obvious hygiene reasons. Items are returned at the customer's expense, unless faulty. In the unlikely event of your having to return a faulty item to The English Shaving Company we will refund postage or offer complimentary items to the value of. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason you may do so within 7 days of order or receipt of goods. If the items have been dispatched we will refund the purchase value of the goods, minus postage within 30 days of cancellation, providing we are in receipt of the returned goods, in a resalable condition. If you cancel your order before goods have been dispatched we will refund the order value and postage charge in full. In the event of a refund being agreed with a customer, for whatever reason, The Company reserves the right to make a small administration fee.
