The English Shaving Company delivers worldwide, postage & packaging is calculated by the weight of your order. In the UK there is no delivery charge for orders over the value of £100. Outside the UK, there is no delivery charge for orders over the value of £150.
Please note: Heavy Parcels: If the shipping cost to any country outside the UK is prohibitively high, the Company reserves the right to cancel and fully refund the order. International orders weighing 2kg or more will be charged with a standard postage and packaging fee of £25 regardless of the order value and may be split into two parcels, due to Royal Mail weight restrictions or sent by courier.
Our shipping costs are very reasonable and competitive. All shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the items ordered.
In UK our minimum postage and packing is £3.30 for one item and then increases to £4.50, £5.50 etc depending on the parcel weight. Similarly shipping rates around Europe, USA and other countries are also extremely competitive.

We will always endeavour to dispatch all orders the day they are received if the order is placed before 1pm. Due to the handmade nature of some of our products there may be delays. If this is the case we will always contact you to alert you to possible delay via the email address or telephone number you submit on your order. Occasionally, an 'out of stock' situation arises. In this case we will offer an alternative or inform you when we will be able to fulfil your order and ask you how you would like us to proceed. Delivery times are only approximate. The English Shaving Company cannot take responsibility for the postal delivery services outside the UK.

Gift Wrap..Our gift wrapping service is now available at the cost of per item. We will use smart, quality paper and contrasting ribbon. If the recipient resides at an alternative address we will not divulge the value of the gift. A delivery note only will be in the package. A copy invoice will be sent to your address. To add gift wrap to your order select the ‘Gift-wrap’ icon in the shopping basket.
Christmas Gift Wrap! 
For a limited period - and for the same price as our standard gift wrap - we have also introduced a Christmas Gift Wrap option. Simply select the correct icon (illustrated) during the checkout process.
Payment..You can pay for goods using any of these popular payment debit and credit cards. We use WorldPay's totally secure on-line shopping system, but if you would prefer to place your order over the telephone, please refer to our contact details page.
Security..The WorldPay site uses the industry standard encryption system SSL to ensure the security of sensitive data transmitted across the Internet. We won't pass your details to any third party.
Cookies..The online shopping function uses a cookie to record a unique reference so that we can keep track of what you order. It takes up about 90 bytes of space and is only accessible by us. If your browser is set to reject cookies or if your network firewall won't allow them you won't be able to shop!
