To send the majority of parcels we use The Royal Mail postal system.

Below are suggested ‘Latest order dates’. Any orders we receive after the latest recommended order date may arrive but cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

IMPORTANT
Due to the increased burden on the postal services in the run up to Christmas we cannot accept responsibility for any parcel that does not arrive but will do our utmost to make sure that all customers receive their purchases.

OVERSEAS ORDER INFORMATION
We will process and despatch all orders received up until 1pm December 22nd 2009 before Christmas however we cannot guarantee that overseas orders placed after the latest suggested order date will arrive before Christmas and from Monday 7th December we highly recommend that when you place your order the ‘International Signed For’ option (additional £3.50) is selected to allow your purchase to be tracked in the postal system.

UK ORDER INFORMATION
We will process and despatch all orders received up until 1pm December 22nd 2009 before Christmas.

We can accept orders for UK delivery up to and including December 23rd however we recommend that for all orders placed after the 15th the ‘Special Delivery’ option (additional £2.50) is selected when you place your order to allow parcels to be tracked in the postal system and to guarantee delivery before 1pm the day following dispatch.

Orders placed after 1pm, 23rd December are not guaranteed for pre-Christmas delivery and will not be dispatched until after January 5th, 2010.
