The fragrance in this shaving cream is new to Penhaligon's. Opus 1870 suits a modern man with traditional values; he is at home with country life or a city lifestyle. A distinctive, confident and timeless fragrance - spiced black pepper gently infused with a luxurious accord of English clove rose amid warm woods and musk.

If applied using a shaving brush, the cream will last longer, create an excellent soft smooth lather and the shave result will feel and appear superior. However shaving cream can easily be applied using the fingers, straight from the tube. It contains ingredients which soften facial hair, ensure a smooth shave and leave the skin soft and fragrant.
